Pine Strike a Pose with Christmas Yoga

Pine class participated in a kids yoga session on Monday 15th December at the Herongate Club.

The class were led by the wonderful Alice from Seed + Grow Yoga in the magical Christmas themed session, which included stories, poses, games and creativity and supports calm minds, strong bodies and happy hearts!

They did some tricky elf moves and they played pass the parcel using their feet! The children's favourite bit was laying down at the end for a guided meditation, covered in a cosy blanket listening to Alice talk and watching the beautiful stars on the ceiling.

The children were amazing at listening and loved trying something new!
