Jamie Enjoys Regular Gym Workouts
Having had his gym induction with staff at the Herongate Club in Hungerford, which is just around the corner from school, Jamie is really enjoying his regular visits to the gym. He starts his workout by warming up, by using the treadmill, stair climber and/or elliptical machine, before moving onto using the weights for strength training.
