Maple Class Create Award Winning Scarecrow

Last half term all our classes participated in Beale Wildlife Park's Halloween Scarecrow Competition. The Scarecrows were displayed, along with many others that were made by other local schools and community groups, in the Park’s Pumpkin Patch experience which was open to the public throughout October.

The results have now been announced and Maple class' Woody from Toy Story scarecrow was awarded third prize! The class' prize was an animal adoption and they have chosen to adopt Gary and Sharon the Capybaras. Maple class are looking forward to visiting them at the Park soon.
