Beech Class Bring Science to Life

Beech class finally got to visit Winchester Science Centre last week, after their original trip was cancelled due to the extreme heat a couple of weeks ago.

Their delayed visit was definitely worth the wait as Beach class made the most of exploring the two floors of interactive exhibits. They also really enjoyed participating in their own special Discovery Workshop where they learned how to make slime!

The highlight of the day was taking a trip into space in the amazing Planetarium. The huge screen was all around our pupils, making them feel like they we're flying through the stars! They loved searching for all the different constellations and naming the planets in our solar system as they whooshed into view.

It was brilliant day out full of fun and learning and Beech class represented our school wonderfully throughout their trip.
