This year our pupils and staff had a brilliant time dressing up as characters from their favourite books for World Book Day.

Following on from National Storytelling Week, which took place from Monday 2nd to Sunday 8th February, Chestnut and Pine classes were very happy to welcome local children's author, J-J Murray, into class.

Elm class are currently reading 'Bob - No ordinary Cat' by James Bowen. They have researched different types of poetry and wrote their own poems based on concepts in the book they have read about so far.

Elm class have to their creativity to build their own Roz the Robots from the book 'The Wild Robot'.
