It was a very exciting day for Maple Class last Friday (5th December), when they met and fed the two Capybaras they had adopted at Beale Wildlife Park as their prize from coming third in the Park's Halloween Scarecrow Competition.

On Tuesday (2nd December) the 8 winners of our Christmas Tree Decorating Competition went to Willis Farm Christmas Trees to make their own decorations out of foliage and pine cones and to choose the School's Christmas Tree.

Just before we broke up for the half term holiday, Pine class took a trip to Butterfly World & Farm Park which is in Wroughton in Wiltshire.

Ash enjoyed their BIG TRIP of the half term last Thursday (16th October) when they took a trip to the Hawk Conservancy Trust near Andover.

Seven pupils from Beech and Maple classes had a marvellous time at the Autumn Harvest Celebration Day, on Wednesday 1st October at Newbury Showground, which was organised by the Newbury and District Agricultural Society.

At the end of the summer term Ash class took their final Big Trip of school year to Lagoona Park in Reading.

Before we broke up for the summer holidays, Maple class took an extra special trip to Bournemouth for the day.

On Wednesday 16th July, we were really pleased to welcome a team from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue to school.

Hazel class had an exciting time exploring the ball pits, trampolines, painting, swings, roundabouts, go-karts, water stations, and slides at Swings and Smiles in Thatcham.
