Oaklands Opens the Doors to New House Teams

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Oaklands House System, which will operate consistently across both campuses. Pupils have now been allocated one of four houses named after the elements - Earth, Air, Water and Fire.

The house system has been developed to create a shared sense of belonging, teamwork and achievement across our whole school community. Each pupil will receive a certificate informing them of their house allocation and explaining the ways in which they can earn house points.

We will be introducing the system gradually and consistently, ensuring pupils understand how house points can be earned through demonstrating our school values, positive learning behaviours, effort, kindness, resilience and contributions to the wider school community.
