Award Winning Oaklands School Celebrates Education Investor Success

Oaklands School has been awarded Market Entrant of the Year at the Education Investor Awards 2025 at a high-profile ceremony held in London’s Hilton Park Lane Hotel and hosted by journalist and Channel 4 News presenter, Cathy Newman. The accolade recognises new education providers that have made a significant impact on the UK education landscape within the last 12–18 months.

One of six nominees in the Market Entrant of the Year category, which was sponsored by Grant Thornton - one of the world's most prestigious and highly respected accounting firms, Oaklands School’s entry was judged by a panel of high profile, independent judges from across the sector.

Since opening in September 2023, Oaklands has not only achieved rapid pupil growth and secured an Outstanding rating for personal development in its first Ofsted inspection (June 2024), but it has also forged innovative, inclusive learning pathways—blending therapeutic programmes, community partnerships, and experiential trips like visits to STEAM – the Museum of the Great Western Railway—to ensure every pupil thrives. This award underlines the school’s unwavering commitment to pioneering high-quality, holistic SEN provision that truly transforms lives.
